PRIVACY POLICY

KEY TERMS

Administrator – the personal data administrator, FAEO Sebastian Kot, conducting business under the name JetSellZ, with its registered office at: Lechów 145B, 26-004 Bieliny, NIP: 6572949317 (soon to be a limited liability company).

User – any natural person or sole proprietorship whose personal data is processed by the Administrator.

Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person through one or more specific factors defining their identity, including identifiers such as IP address, location data, online identifier, and information collected via cookies or other similar technologies.

GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data.

Service – the IT solution available at the web address https://jetsellz.com, consisting of a comprehensive set of services provided electronically by the Administrator to Users.

Personal Data Processing – any operation performed on personal data, such as collecting, recording, storing, organizing, modifying, sharing, and deleting, especially those carried out in IT systems.

PROCESSING OF USERS’ PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of Users may be processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:

  • Preparation or execution of a contract that the User has entered into with the Administrator (e.g., the purchase of products or services offered by JetSellZ) – the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
  • Providing the Newsletter service concerning services offered by the Administrator – the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent).
  • Handling User complaints related to services provided by the Administrator – the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the Administrator in connection with business activities, particularly those related to financial reporting, taxation, or employment – the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
  • Protection of the Administrator’s rights in case of claims made by the User or defense against them – the legal basis for data processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest in protecting its rights (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  • Responding to inquiries and messages sent via the contact form on the website – the legal basis for data processing is the Administrator’s legitimate interest in providing a response (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
  • Informing Users about the Administrator’s activities, offering services, and communication via social media managed by the Administrator (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) – the legal basis is the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

The Administrator processes the Users’ personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the original purpose and thereafter for the period required by law, particularly in relation to tax laws and the protection of any claims.

Personal data processed for marketing communication purposes is processed until the User withdraws consent, which can be done at any time by sending a message to the email address: administration@jetsellz.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so may prevent the execution of the contract or the provision of services by the Administrator.

The Administrator and authorized personnel implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, including:

  • Data storage security – use of physical and logical security measures, backup creation, and access control.
  • Data processing security – restricting access to authorized persons only, using authorization mechanisms.
  • Data modification security – recording data operations and monitoring changes made.
  • Data deletion security – secure deletion of data to prevent recovery by unauthorized persons.

USER RIGHTS

Users have the following rights:

  • The right to access their personal data.
  • The right to rectify incorrect or incomplete data.
  • The right to erase data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • The right to restrict processing of data.
  • The right to data portability to another administrator.
  • The right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes.

Requests to exercise these rights can be submitted:

The Administrator will respond to the request without undue delay, no later than one month from the date of receipt.

SERVER LOGS

When using the website, server logs are automatically recorded, including:

  • The User’s device IP address.
  • Date and time of the visit to the website.
  • Information about the web browser and operating system.

These data are used solely for administrative purposes and to ensure the proper functioning of the website.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection – if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
